I’m on a mission to help raise human consciousness and make the world a better place by focusing on supporting psychological, emotional, energetic and spiritual growth, one person at a time.
This is personal to me because it started with my very own journey.
I decided to go to see a therapist at a time when I wasn’t sure about divorcing my husband.
What I thought was going to be a few sessions unfolded into a year-long process where I worked on myself before tackling the divorce issue.
Not only that, but 3 months in, I decided that I wanted to train as a Gestalt therapist and went back to school. It totally transformed my life!

So many women come to me feeling overwhelmed, anxious, or disconnected from their purpose, their inner voice,
even their joy. Life has pulled them in many directions, and somewhere along the way, they’ve lost themselves.
My role is to walk alongside you with compassion and clarity. I use an evidence-based, empowering method that helps
you identify and shift self-sabotaging beliefs. This kind of mindset work is often the missing link in creating deep,
lasting change, and I’ve seen firsthand how transformational it can be.
