Let me tell you about Aisha. She’s a high-achieving woman who seems to have it all together—a thriving career, a beautiful home, and a loving family. But behind the polished exterior, she feels trapped in a life defined by impossible standards and unrelenting self-doubt.

Hi, I’m Emma, and I’m on a mission to help raise human consciousness and make the world a better place by focusing on supporting psychological, emotional, energetic, and spiritual growth, one person at a time.

This is personal to me because it started with my very own journey. 

I decided to go to see a therapist at a time when I wasn’t sure about divorcing my husband.  

What I thought was going to be a few sessions unfolded into a year-long process where I worked on myself before tackling the divorce issue.  

Not only that, but 3 months in, I decided that I wanted to train as a Gestalt therapist and went back to school.  It totally transformed my life!
