I became a therapist after my own personal journey of self-discovery. Mine was not a walk in the park as I was quite lost, looking for answers everywhere, which is why I am committed to making yours a seamless journey.

Meeting Emma came at exactly the right time. I was exhausted from trying to be everything for
everyone: the perfect mom, the successful business owner, the loving partner, the giving daughter, the
supportive friend—and my perfectionism left no space for myself.
Through her program, I became aware of how I was treating myself and learned to pause, notice what’s

Is this program for me?
This is for you if you are at a crossroads and seek support to make a change or take the next step in your life. I’ve worked with high-achievers seeking a career change, women going through divorce, empty nesters who now feel lost, independent business owners who want to find their voice, career women who’ve lost their joy, and hundreds more.
How is this program different from others?
This is a comprehensive, well-rounded, and structured program. The program addresses the deep, ingrained causes of what’s keeping you stuck, allowing for true, lasting transformation. It has a holistic approach to health.
Where can I acces my program?
The program lives in Heartbeat. After buying the program, you’ll receive an email with the instructions to join my Heartbeat community. The videos, the bonuses, the live events, etc., are all there. You’ll also be able to share your experience, ask questions, and get direct support from me, my team, and the rest of the participants.
