I have developed this program inspired by the hundreds of women I have worked with in the last decade.  

I became a therapist after my own personal journey of self-discovery. Mine was not a walk in the park as I was quite lost, looking for answers everywhere, which is why I am committed to making yours a seamless journey.

This program distills the most important pillars I have found that allow for genuine breakthroughs and lasting transformation.

EMMA’S 12-Week R.E.S.E.T. Includes:

1. Weekly video lessons where you’ll learn how to:

  • Transform the stories that no longer serve you
  • Unearth the origin of those stories and recognize how they influence your decisions
  • Understand your triggers and the unhealed childhood wounds that cause them
  • Identify your values: what’s important to you? Is your life in alignment with what matters to you?
  • Learn tools to manage your stress
  • Identify your own boundaries and respect them

2. Weekly live sessions where you will:

  • Work live with me and get my support
  • Develop a deeper understanding of the lessons
  • Ask questions and resolve your doubts
  • Connect and learn from the other participants.
  • Understand how much you have in common with the other participants. This is the power of the group!
  • Practice the tools learned and familiarize yourself with them 

3. Weekly inner work exercises where you will:

  • Reflect on your mindset and limiting beliefs
  • Raise awareness about your patterns and stories
  • Dedicate time to understanding yourself
  • Develop an understanding of your nervous system and how to regulate it
  • Discover new facets of yourself
  • Incorporate tools to regulate your nervous system

Every weekly module and coaching call is designed to work around your life and walk you up the ladder to that optimal version of yourself: You’ll wake up every morning feeling good about your life ready to make decisions that feel aligned with you.

You’ll acknowledge all your worth and stop comparing yourself to others at work. You’ll stop looking for answers outside of yourself as you will now have more self-support: you know who you are, what is and isn’t good for you, feeling at ease in your own skin.

You’ll make sure you have me-time so that you live in joy and purpose. You know that a replenished you makes you a happy worker/mom/wife/friend.

You’ll stop hiding your brilliance so that you can thrive!

Emma’s 12-Week R.E.S.E.T.- What to Expect Each Week:

Weeks 1-3: The story you tell yourself and how to transform it
(transforming self-limiting beliefs)

  • I’m too old to change my life
  • I’m not good enough
  • People always abandon me

Weeks 4-6: The origin of the story
(inner-child work and healing)

  • Raising awareness of where your patterns come from
  • The first time you experienced that pain
  • What can you do now?  How to give yourself what you need.

Weeks 7-9:
Boundaries, values, tools to help manage stress

  • Boundaries, Self-respect and Self-love
  • What are your values? Are you in sync with them?
  • Breathwork, meditation, tapping to regulate your nervous system

Weeks 10-12: Moving forward:
building and maintaining your thriving life

  • What you want to keep
  • What you want to let go of
  • Your commitment to yourself

About Emma

Hi, I’m Emma, and I’m on a mission to help raise human consciousness and make the world a better place by focusing on supporting psychological, emotional, energetic and spiritual growth, one person at a time.

This is personal to me because it started with my very own journey. 

I decided to go to see a therapist at a time when I wasn’t sure about divorcing my husband.  

What I thought was going to be a few sessions unfolded into a year-long process where I worked on myself before tackling the divorce issue.  

 Not only that, but 3 months in, I decided that I wanted to train as a Gestalt therapist and went back to school.  It totally transformed my life!

I figured this out so you don’t have to.

What to expect?

Emma’s 12 Week R.E.S.E.T. lives in HEARTBEAT, an online platform where you will find all the course materials, create your own profile, have a chance to chat with other program members, ask questions, and find the links to our live events.

Starting date: March 17, 2025.

Every Monday at 9:00 am you will receive the week’s video lessons and the inner work exercises to do.

You will send all your work on a Google Drive doc by Sunday,  for me to revise on Tuesday.  All the work is confidential.

Your live group sessions will be held on Thursday at 2:00 pm WEST (Lis/Lon). (TBC)

What is Gestalt therapy?

It’s a humanistic and person-centered therapy based on the here and the now, awareness and self-responsibility.

How is this program different from others?

I have a holistic approach to health. The program addresses the deep, engrained causes of what’s keeping you stuck, allowing for true, lasting transformation.

I don’t know if this is the right solution for me.

You’ve done the meditation retreat, the breathwork workshop, the gratitude journal practice, but nothing seems to stick and do the trick.  If you are looking for a real shift, you’re in the right place.

I can’t afford this.
